Tip: Anna *3 gives Anna three chances.

๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ Photos

Add pictures of people, pets or things. Each photo takes its file's name (ava.jpg becomes "Ava") and appears in every game. Photos stay on this device and are not in share links.

Tip: start a name with an emoji, like ๐Ÿ• Pizza, for a picture without a photo.

๐Ÿงฉ Put it on your website

Add this picker to a class website, blog, Google Sites or school portal: copy the code and paste it where HTML is allowed. It opens with the game you have chosen now.

      Ways to use this list

      • Speaking practice for older pupils: two volunteers argue opposite sides for 30 seconds each, then the class votes with a show of hands.
      • Road trips: press Travel and places and take turns answering out loud. Every answer needs a "because", or it doesn't count.
      • Team meetings: a School and work question, such as four long days or five short ones, gets colleagues talking without anyone sharing anything personal.
      • Family dinner: one Food question per meal, read out by the youngest. Soup with a fork or cereal with chopsticks usually ends in a demonstration.
      • Creative writing: spin a Powers and magic question, choose a side, then write a diary entry for your first day with that power.
      • English lessons: learners answer with "I'd ratherโ€ฆ thanโ€ฆ" and a reason, the same pattern speaking exams reward when they ask for an opinion.

Press Spin the wheel, tap the game or press the Space bar. Change the list in the box as you like: add your own, delete what doesn't suit you, or write *2 after an entry to give it double the chance. The game buttons switch the same list to a duck race, hat, claw machine and more.

      Questions people ask

Are the questions OK for kids?

Yes. Every question is about food, powers, places, school or animals, with nothing scary or personal. For under-8s, the would you rather questions for kids are sillier and shorter, so start there.

How do I play with a big group?

Spin a question, then everyone moves to one side of the room: one wall for the first choice, the opposite wall for the second. Ask a volunteer from each side to explain, and let anyone cross over if they are persuaded.

      Can I avoid repeats?

Yes. No repeats until everyone is picked is on from the start, so every question comes up once before any returns and a long car journey never loops back to the same dilemma.

What makes a good would you rather question?

Both options have to tempt, or both have to be a little awkward, so the choice feels close. If everyone picks the same side within two seconds, the question is too easy: make the weaker option better or the stronger one worse.

How can I make the questions harder for teens and adults?

Press Tough choices and add two rules: nobody may answer "neither", and every answer needs a reason. A 10-second limit to decide makes it livelier still, and the arguments afterwards are the best part.

Can everyone read the long questions on the wheel?

The slices shorten long questions to fit, but the result box always shows the whole question. On a small phone, try Card draw in the game buttons above: each card turns face up with the full question in large letters.
