Ways to use this list
- The classic way to play: each player says "truth" or "dare" first, then you press Truths only or Dares only and spin, so the choice stays theirs.
- Sleepovers: press Kids (6โ10) for younger guests or Teens for 11 and up, so the truths stay light and nobody goes to sleep upset.
- Family game night: Family night asks grown-ups what they were like at the age of the youngest player, which brings out stories children have never heard.
- Teen birthday parties: the Teens set is about performing and owning up to your own quirks, with no dares involving phones, other people's secrets or leaving the room.
- Big groups: keep the players' names in the name picker in another tab with No repeats until everyone is picked, and spin this wheel for what each one does.
- Car journeys: Truths only turns it into a talking game for the back seat, since nobody can do a dare with a seatbelt on.
Press Spin the wheel, tap the game or press the Space bar. Change the list in the box as you
like: add your own, delete what doesn't suit you, or write *2 after an entry to give it double the
chance. The game buttons switch the same list to a duck race, hat, claw machine and more.

Questions people ask
Is this truth or dare wheel kid-friendly?
Yes. No truth asks about crushes, other people's secrets or anything private, and no dare involves food, phones, going outside or touching anyone. If your group has extra house rules, delete any entry that breaks them before the first spin.
How do you play truth or dare?
Sit in a circle. On your turn you choose truth or dare: a truth means answering a question honestly, a dare means doing a short challenge. Then the next player is chosen, clockwise or by spinning a wheel of names, and play carries on.
How do I pick who goes next?
Put the players' names on the name picker and spin there, or let each player choose the next person. Pressing Truth or dare? above swaps this wheel for two big slices, so luck decides for anyone who can't make up their mind.
Can I add my own dares?
Yes. Write each one on its own line, starting with "Dare:" so the list stays easy to read. A good dare is over in under a minute, needs no props and makes the dared person laugh too. Press ๐พ Save to keep your party list.
What if a player won't answer their truth?
Agree a pass rule before you begin. Two passes per player works well: a pass can swap the truth for a dare or skip the turn altogether. Nobody should be pushed to share something they would rather keep to themselves.
How many players do you need for truth or dare?
Three is the minimum for it to feel like a game, and four to eight is ideal because turns come round quickly. With a dozen or more, split into two circles with the team generator so nobody waits ages for a go.
