Using the site

• The site is free to use for personal, classroom, business and streaming purposes.
• You are responsible for the names and text you enter and for how you use the results.
• Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site, and don't copy its design or code to build a look-alike site.
• Ads are provided by Adsterra; we don't control the sites they link to.

Raffles, giveaways and prize draws

You can use the picker to draw winners, but you are the organiser. You are responsible for following the laws and platform rules that apply to your draw (for example the rules for raffles, lotteries and social media giveaways). The site does not sell tickets, collect entries or handle money or prizes.

No guarantee

We work hard to keep the picker fair and working (see how it works), but the site is provided "as is", without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or dispute that comes from using it or from a result it produces. If a result really matters, make a record of it, for example a screenshot or the history download.
