      Ways to use this list

      • Family daily challenge: spin at breakfast, and everyone who completes it by dinner gets a say in the evening, like the film or the game.
      • Brain break in class: spin from Under a minute between lessons. None of those challenges needs equipment or moving the desks.
      • Party head-to-head: two players take the same challenge at once, and the room votes on the winner for the creative ones.
      • Gaming streams: clear the list, type your own run rules such as "starting gear only" or "no jumping", and spin before each attempt.
      • Holiday challenge chart: with No repeats until everyone is picked (on from the start), work through every challenge over the break and tick each one off.

Press Spin the wheel, tap the game or press the Space bar. Change the list in the box as you like: add your own, delete what doesn't suit you, or write *2 after an entry to give it double the chance. The game buttons switch the same list to a duck race, hat, claw machine and more.

      Questions people ask

Are these challenges safe for children?

Yes. Each one can be done indoors with everyday things, and none involves heights, eating dares or anything risky. For younger children, an adult can read the challenge aloud, keep time and clear a bit of floor space for the active ones.

How do I make a challenge wheel for my own video game?

Clear the list and type one rule or goal per line, then spin before each round. Set Winners to 2 or 3 in Settings to stack several rules on one run, which makes it much harder.

How can we score challenges as a competition?

Give one point for finishing a challenge and a bonus point for the fastest or most creative attempt. Spin a new challenge each round and play to ten points, or switch the same list to the duck race for a sillier way to pick.

Can I get harder challenges for teenagers or adults?

Make them longer or stricter: tell the six-word story in rhyme, name 30 animals instead of 20, or do the memory challenges with no practice run. You can also add tougher lines of your own to the list.
