      What is the most popular ice cream flavor?

      What is the difference between ice cream, gelato and sorbet?

      Gelato uses more milk and less cream than ice cream, is churned more slowly so it holds less air, and is served a little warmer, which makes it dense and silky. Sorbet has no dairy at all: just fruit or juice, sugar and water.

      What is stracciatella?
