Classroom Reward Wheel

Celebrate good work with a spin. Every reward on this wheel is free or almost free, so you can use it every week without a prize budget.

NamesโœŽ Edit

Tip: Anna *3 gives Anna three chances.

๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ Photos

Add pictures of people, pets or things. Each photo takes its file's name (ava.jpg becomes "Ava") and appears in every game. Photos stay on this device and are not in share links.

Tip: start a name with an emoji, like ๐Ÿ• Pizza, for a picture without a photo.

      Ways to use this list

      • Weekly star: the student of the week spins for their reward.
      • Table points: on Friday the table with the most points presses Table or group and spins once for everyone at that table.
      • Behaviour charts: spin when a student reaches their goal.
      • Add bigger prizes with lower chances using weights (Movie afternoon once, Sticker *4).
      • Whole-class jar: drop in a marble or pom-pom whenever another adult praises the class, and when the jar is full, press Whole class and spin.
      • Middle school: press Grades 6โ€“8, because a homework pass or a choose-your-seat day goes down far better with twelve-year-olds than a sticker.

Press Spin the wheel, tap the game or press the Space bar. Change the list in the box as you like: add your own, delete what doesn't suit you, or write *2 after an entry to give it double the chance. The game buttons switch the same list to a duck race, hat, claw machine and more.

      Questions people ask

How do I make big prizes rarer?

Give small rewards more chances with weights: Sticker *4 is four times as likely as a reward written without a number.

How often should students spin the reward wheel?

Keep it special: once a week for the student of the week or the winning table works in most classes, while a spin for every small thing loses its pull within a fortnight. Tie each spin to a goal the class knows in advance, such as 20 table points.

What if a student spins a reward I can't give today?

Write it on a slip with the student's name and a date, like a voucher, and honour it on a day that suits. Lunch with the teacher, a lesson outside and pyjama day all need a little planning, and a promise kept matters more than a reward given on the spot.

Can I add photos of prizes?

Yes: add pictures in ๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ Photos, named after the rewards, and they appear on the wheel.

      Are these rewards free?

All of them cost nothing or almost nothing: at most a sheet of stickers, a few special pens and a hat for the teacher. Some depend on school rules (shoes off, hats, pyjama day), so remove any your school does not allow.
